♥️Take care of yourself. Your body is your vessel, your temple. It puts out what you put into it. You deserve the best so give it to yourself. Sure, working out may seem like a task at first, but eventually it will become a pleasure. Working out changes my entire mood. I feel accomplished and able to conquer the world. But the great thing is, it's not just a feeling, it's actually happening. Your body releases harmones and chemicals when you exercise. Chemicals like endorphins that causes you to feel joyful and it even blocks pain. Serotonin which is the chemical responsible for happiness, healthy sleep patterns, and a good appetite. Not to mention pride in oneself. Don't just take my word for it, research it. Better yet, get out and try it. Your mind, body, and soul will love you for it.♥️ Below I'm sharing one of the crossfit workouts I created to mix things up a bit until I can get back in the gym.
