Not As They Appear

What's up my good people? So I took this picture last week and I looked at myself and thought, "Vernee, you look bigger."😲

Well I haven't weighed myself in months, it's a discouraging habit when dropping weight. But I had to remember that I'm building muscle while dropping fat. So my weight-loss may appear to be slowly happening. However I assure you, jumping rope to 600, completing 300 squats and walking 4-6 miles multiple times a week will build some nice thigh and glute muscles. 🥰 So I may be bigger but it's a gain that I can live with.
