MODERATION IS KEY 🔑

One of the biggest rules to control weight gain and being successful in weight loss is MODERATION! Don't deprive yourself of your favorite foods and indulgences. Have that piece of cake 🍰 enjoy that cocktail🍸just do it in MODERATION. If not, you will find yourself enjoying what you want in excess, which is never good. We can apply this rule to many aspects of our lives as well.💯 Did you know that you can drink too much water? 💦Whaaaat? But water is good for you. People who are extremely active like marathon runners are at higher risk for water poisoning because they drink lots of water when they are hot and tired. 🏃🏾‍♀️Same goes for heart attacks for runners. They constantly overwork their heart ♥️and it causes damage. Overtime, their heart gives out. That's why I say EVERYTHING in moderation. Too much of anything is bad for you.🤷🏾‍♀️ SO ENJOY LIFE, EAT GOOD, LAUGH HARD, AND LOVE LONG! YOU DESERVE IT! 🥰💫 Enjoy some pics of some of the things I love.
