HEALTHY CAN BE GOOD

I love salads. Today I made an arugula salad (tomatoe, red onion, arugula, carrots, herbs, parmesan cheese, sunflower seeds, balsamic vinaigrette) with chicken. I don't shy away from a hefty serving for lunch because I work out in the evenings. Especially if I'm doing crossfit, I have to have a great energy source and a generous amount of protein. Some like protein after. Do what works for you and to do that, you have to listen to your body. After a hard workout, I prefer cold citrus. I've had that many nights for dinner. When trying to get fit, the general rule of thumb is breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. In my experience eating a couple of small snacks in between helps. 😛Like an apple or nuts. Eating 5x a day increases your metabolism and aids in weight-loss as long as you're eating the right things.
