Hello my beautiful people. I greatly apologize for the month hiatus but I was having some technical difficulties that had to be ironed out. However, I missed this place and you. Your girl has been still working out and eating good...well for the most part. LOL! 😘🥰 Anyway, I've been fasting from sun up till sun down the last few days and here are two meals that I had at the end of Wednesday and Thursday.
