GETTING WITH THE PROGRAM

Hey my lovely people. "I've been gone for a minute but I'm back with the jump off" (Lil Kim Voice). šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ I'm definitely struggling to find the balance between all of life's great venues and this pandemic. Finally picked back up on my fitness kick, with a push. Trust me, when it comes to health and wellness there will be starts and stops, hills, and valleys. Just don't give up. You will want to and that's ok but DON'T! The goal is for it to become a lifestyle. Slow and study wins the race. I'll share MY inspiration below. For me, once it starts, it feels too good to stop. Leg ext 5x10 60 lbs

Prong leg curls 5x10 50 lbs

Calf ext. 5x10 100 lbs

Leg press 5 x10 160 lbs

Squats with weights 5x10 90 lbs
